Kenstin restructured the pipeline with stage-aware orchestration-decoupling “respond now” from “persist later.” That let us tune latency and reliability independently and enforce a strict gate: capture tools only run after the scripted Q&A path succeeds. We validated this approach against multi-bot concurrency scenarios to ensure one flow could not degrade another tenant’s user experience.

We hardened real-time answer generation per question and added a custom post-Q&A tool that collects user details only when the flow reaches its terminal state. Storage paths were aligned with the orchestration layer so partial sessions did not create duplicate or half-empty records.

Additional idempotency controls and session-level tracing improved reliability for operators handling campaign spikes.
